airBaltic Prepares to Cut 500 to 700 Jobs as Its Chapter 11 Plan Shrinks the A220 Fleet

airBaltic Files for Chapter 11 in New York, Wins Court Backing for $404 Million Lifeline

Latvia's state-owned airBaltic filed for US Chapter 11 protection on September 14 after an unhedged fuel-price shock, and a New York court has already approved interim access to a €350 million ($404 million) rescue loan.
